Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and appraise items brought in by customers for pawn or sale
- Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with customers
- Maintain accurate records of pawned items and customer information
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items from the sales floor
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and paperwork
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or jewelry sales is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pawn shop regulations and procedures is a plus
