Position Summary:
Fastwyre is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team! You will be key in converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business from both new and existing customers by providing valuable information about Fastwyre’s products and services. This role is crucial to achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Communication: Proficiently read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish.
- Lead Generation: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Customer Needs: Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Qualified Opportunities: Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maximize Sales: Effectively handle inbound and outbound sales calls to acquire new customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Research and Interest: Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in Fastwyre’s offerings.
- Customer Education: Educate customers on products, current marketing campaigns, and solutions.
- Achieve Quotas: Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Order Management: Enter orders promptly and accurately.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

- Listening and Presentation Skills: Strong listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate and engage customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Language Skills: Native proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English and Spanish.
