LB Logistix is looking for a super-organized and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our team! This internship is perfect for someone who wants to learn all about HR, from hiring new employees to planning fun company events. What You'll Do:
- Recruitment: Help post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding: Assist in welcoming new employees, preparing their paperwork, and conducting orientations.
- Employee Records: Keep our employee information up-to-date and accurate.
- Training: Organize training sessions and help with employee development programs.
- Benefits: Assist with benefits enrollment and answer employee questions.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan and organize company events and engagement initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various HR tasks and projects.
- Compliance: Make sure we follow all company policies and legal requirements.
Skills You'll Need:
- Super organized and great at managing your time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and can handle sensitive info with care.
- Eager to learn and proactive in taking on new tasks.
- Able to work well with a team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowing a bit about HR software is a plus, but not required.
Experience Required:
- Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Some experience in an office, customer service, or admin role is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR is helpful but not necessary.
