We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) with administrative skills to join our team. Experience in Service Titan is required.
Job Summary:
The CSR will be the first point of contact for our customers and will also handle various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing tasks through Service Titan software, scheduling, customer records management, invoicing, daily reconciliations, data entry, fleet maintenance management, IT support, office upkeep, and errands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments using Service Titan.
- Must be able to take calls and do data entry simultaneously.
- Provide information about services, pricing, and offers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records in Service Titan.
Administrative Duties:
- Reconcile employee time cards and purchase orders daily.
- Handle mail and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide basic IT support and maintain filing systems.
- Manage shipments and errands.
- Keep the office environment clean and organized.
- Schedule and manage meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists and prepare reports.
- Manage office supplies and vendors.
- Handle communications and support HR functions.
- Oversee fleet maintenance and data entry.
- Manage credit applications, expenses, onboarding, and uniforms.
- Track and manage employee PTO requests.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using Service Titan data.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CSR or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Service Titan software and G Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of plumbing services or a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Comfortable with pets (we have a golden retriever in the office) and construction projects.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSR experience in the plumbing or home services industry.
- Familiarity with Service Titan software.
