Job Summary:
This internship will focus primarily on talent management, supporting the recruitment team with various project work, and assisting in the development of training materials for different areas such as employee relations, manager training, and more.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist in the implementation and administration of talent management programs.

Assist in the creation and revision of training materials, presentations, and guides for various HR-related topics, including employee relations, manager training, and compliance.

Coordinate and support the logistics of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to improve future training programs.

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.

Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support project development.

Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Ability to assess and analyze training needs to develop relevant and effective training content.

Expertise in developing engaging and interactive materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities.
Experience and Education Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in talent management, recruitment, and employee development.
