Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Multitasking: Seamlessly juggle multiple tasks and excel both independently and as part of our collaborative team.
- Dental Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of general dentistry to enhance patient interactions and support our clinical staff.
- Professional Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

- Schedule Management: Optimize and fill the doctor's and hygienist's schedules to maximize productivity and patient care.
- Appointment Confirmation: Proactively confirm upcoming appointments, reducing no-shows and maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Insurance Expertise: Verify insurance information accurately to facilitate patient treatments and billing processes.
- Patient Communication: Clearly explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their care and options.
- Financial Coordination: Prepare and present payment plans to patients, offering clarity and support for their financial obligations.
- Claims Processing: Efficiently handle insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Payment Management: Post insurance and patient payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a dental office front desk role is preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
