- Position will manage the Women's Services Department including Labor and Delivery, Mother/Baby, and Nursery
- Up to $130k annual base salary (dependent on experience)
- Relocation assistance / sign on bonus available
- Department performs over 800 deliveries annually and is growing

- Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's required
- RN Active License State of NC
- Minimum five (5) years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
- Minimum two (2) years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired
- Inspirational, collaborative leadership style
- Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring a team, and ensuring positive working relationships with physicians
We are seeking an inspirational and transformational leader who will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the Women's Services department, serve as a mentor to the nursing leadership team, ensure regulatory compliance, quality and patient safety, and build and maintain positive physician relationships.
