**Job Overview:** We are looking for a dedicated Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest services in a hospitality setting. As a Host/Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist in managing reservations and waitlists - Provide menu recommendations and answer inquiries regarding food and beverages - Take food and drink orders accurately and relay to the kitchen and bar staff - Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently - Process guest payments using POS systems like Aloha POS - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with tact and professionalism **Experience:** - Previous experience in food service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting - Proficiency in using POS systems, such as Aloha POS - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, enhance customer service skills, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.
