The Community Liaison position is responsible for guiding and coordinating marketing and sales-related activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare business. This position includes developing relationships with referral sources and partners as well as generating new business and referrals for home care services.
The individual must collaborate with the owners to develop and execute marketing and sales plans, with a focus on having what we call Meaningful Conversations with partners and potential partners. The Community Liaison will also be responsible for bringing in new clients to the business and enhancing client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications:

Ability to establish rapport and build trust with referral sources and prospective clients

Self-motivated with ability to thrive with minimal direct supervision
Possess at least two years of experience in healthcare or home care, working with the elderly, disabled or individuals requiring supportive services (preferred)
- Consideration will be given to those with entry level sales experience – growth potential
Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, Power Point, etc)
Must possess excellent customer service skills and organizational skills
Well-honed time management skills
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals
Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources
Represent the SYNERGY brand and help build our market share
Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships.
Generate leads and convert them to clients
Managing Marketing Plan and Sales Plan
Conducts prospect calls/visits to potential new referral partners; implements contracts and agreements to insure sales goals are met
Maintain and grow existing partner relationships
Develops and maintains prospects, clients and referral partners database (eRSP) for contacting and emailing lists
- Completes home assessments/client intakes as needed
Tracks networking event results
Weekly reporting of accountabilities
