Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and kitchen management, with experience in team leadership and restaurant operations.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and food service management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
Preferred Skills:
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous
