Position Responsibilities:
Ø Grow PPE Sales to Group Dental Accounts Assigned.
Ø Participate in Development of E-Mail Campaigns.
Ø Follow-Up on Leads resulting from E-Mail Campaigns
Ø Participate as an Exhibitor in up to 4 Trade Shows Annually (typically 3 to 4 days) .
Desirable Selling Skills of the individual we are seeking...
Other than the limited Shows attended, this position is NOT a traveling position, rather the individual we hire will be good at Telephone “Cold Calling” and using “Consultative Selling Processes”:, i.e., Identifying Influencers (i.e., Safety Officers) and Key Contacts: Conducting Needs Analysis; Virtual Presentations featuring DenLine Products and Capabilities; Providing Sample, Developing and Presenting Economic Justification; and Closing Business.
Education, Experiences and Computer Skills Needed...
Ø Minimum 2 Year Associate Degree, preferably 4 Year BS or BA Degree, with emphasis on Sciences, Math, Computers, Sales and Marketing.
Ø Track Record of Creating of NEW Business. Experience selling Medical and/or Dental Supplies Not Essential, however a PLUS.
Ø Ability to make Power Point and Web Presentations via MS Teams to existing & prospective accounts. Web Presentations targeting Growth Opportunities currently available.
Ø Experienced using SalesForce to log/ track communications and progress with existing and prospective accounts.
Ø MS Office (Word) and Outlook...Our AD Agency will assist developing Web or PP Presentations.
Ø Motivated by Commissions.
Full Time Exempt Position
Office Location- Quincy Business & Technology Center, 301 Oak Street, Quincy, IL
Wages Attractive Base Salary commensurate with candidate experience and earnings history. Expect to Earn $80,000 to $105,000 per year with Commissions.
No Cap on Commissions.
Monthly Commissions based on new business (Invoiced).
Disposables-Commission on Initial Year's Business
Reusables- Commission on Initial Install + 90 days.
NO Cap on Commissions Earned.

Ø 401K 100% Company Paid, with Company matching employee deferrals to 4% of total annual earnings.

> Employees hired subject to Company Paid Physical and Drug Screen. Must pass a 12 Panel Drug screen, which includes Cannabis.
