General Summary of Position
Functions as a clinical expert and health care provider, educator, collaborator, consultant, leader and researcher for a specific patient population or specialty topic. Uses a framework for professional evidence-based nursing practice within three spheres of influence: patient/family, nursing, and system/organization. Acts as a consultant to address complex patient care issues, providing guidance in prevention and management of patient care practice. Coordinates, coaches, educates, and leads nursing staff in evidence-based clinical practice, quality improvement and patient safety. Conducts, facilitates, or applies research to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
This position has a hiring range of $CUSTOM.SALARY.MIN - $CUSTOM.SALARY.MAX
