Responsibilities:
- Work with our customers directly to devise the most effective product and service solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations
- Resolve customer questions in regards to products and how to navigate services, ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction
- Show composure, understanding, and be solution-focused when managing difficult customer situations and overcoming objections
- Deliver customer support with accuracy, agility, and transparency
- Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all potential new consumers as a pleasant, level-headed customer service professional
- Attend meetings and weekly webinars to stay on top of the latest updates and promotions available to customers
- Report directly to the Community Outreach and Account Management team to establish goals, improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Representative, Client Service Representative, Retail Associate or other related fields
- High school diploma or GED
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build rapport with new customers, upsell products, and meet team sales goals
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Ability to adapt to change and pick up new skills quickly
- Massive team player with a drive for success
