The Operations Manager oversees the Housekeeping and Laundry staff in Base hotels. The position's primary responsibilities are to maintain an immaculately clean property, and to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Essential Functions: The Operations Manager must provide leadership of the housekeeping and laundry team and reports to GM.
Housekeeping and Laundry: build and maintain strong and effective departments.
- Develop and support department supervisors.
- Ensure rooms are immaculately clean.
- Maintain a running list of repairs, replacements, and other improvements needed.
- Adhere to schedules and budgets
Scheduling
- Maintain an occupancy-appropriate staff.
- Provide staff with a schedule.
Reporting: This position shall report primarily to the General Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
