We are currently seeking to hire a Purchasing Coordinator/Sales Support Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and working directly with the sales team to streamline processes and drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:

Build and form new relationships with product vendors and customers

Support internal/external purchasing responsibilities

Inventory Management and stock purchasing

Answering phones and processing sales orders

Administrative duties as needed - these vary greatly

Become a valuable team member to the Sales Department
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Experience as a purchasing person helpful and wanted

Familiarity with CRM platforms

Experience with Quick Books helpful

Ability to build strong rapport with co-workers and customers

Word/Excel/Outlook/Google are required.

Math skills needed
