Job Summary:
As a Scheduler at My Roof, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our projects by coordinating the schedules of our electricians. You will be responsible for scheduling and rescheduling electricians for job sites, managing maintenance appointments, and arranging accommodations such as hotels and Airbnbs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Rescheduling: Coordinate the daily schedules of electricians, ensuring they are assigned to job sites promptly and efficiently. Manage changes and reschedule appointments as needed for maintenance and unforeseen circumstances.
- Logistics Management: Book and manage accommodations for electricians, including hotels and Airbnbs, ensuring all arrangements meet company standards and electrician needs.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for electricians regarding their schedules. Maintain clear and open communication with team members to ensure everyone is informed of their assignments and any changes.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of schedules, appointments, and accommodations. Ensure all data is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members and management.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a related role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
