ALKEME is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-5 years of experience in IT support and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting our internal users and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and network connectivity.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

Assist in user training on various software applications and systems.

Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
