Duties:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operations and staff management
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by overseeing guest services and relations
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct night audits and monitor revenue management strategies
- Provide multilingual support to guests as needed
- Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the hotel
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize hotel performance
Skills:
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate staff
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality industry
- Excellent guest relations skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and revenue management
