We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, shadowing management of the company, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, helping create job description folders, and organizing files. Eventually assist with ordering products and helping keep up with projects and customer accounts. Tasks such as ordering office equipment, and assisting with marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
Qualifications:-
Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- High school diploma or GED required
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
