Haddenham LLC, a medical device start-up company, is seeking a highly dependable and bright individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders via phone, email, fax, and website. Your goal will be to process orders correctly and efficiently in a timely manner that aligns with established KPI’s. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling product inquiries via phone/email, assisting customers with product measurement fundamentals, and new account set up. During initial start-up phase you will also be assisting in the warehouse as necessary.

Job Duties:
- Process orders via phone, email, fax, and website
- Process returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Process new account applications and set-up in ERP system
- Maintain patient files as required
- Establish and maintain good customer relations via phone and email with accounts, providing information on order status and delivery times
- Train new accounts on proper measurement techniques
- Troubleshoot appropriate product selection and sizing with patients, accounts and clinicians
- Assist in warehouse with order picking and packing as needed
- Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed
- Comply with all OSHA regulations
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager or Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and equivalent work experience required
- Intermediate computer experience or knowledge required
- 2 Years Customer Service experience or similar required
- Ability to learn medical treatment plans and terminology as they relate to our products
- Ability to simultaneously work in 3 systems and dual monitors
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public in a professional manner
- Previous experience using ERP software
Desired, but not required qualifications:
· Experience working with DME’s (Durable Medical Equipment) or in a healthcare office setting
· Previous experience with A/P and A/R
· Previous experience working in a start-up company
· Previous sales experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Routinely bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb for entire work shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects and materials weighing up to 50 lbs or more
- Acclimate to Warehouse temperatures which may vary with season
