Job Description:
Custom Window Coverings LTD is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business and Customer Service Coordinator. This role includes the responsibilities of coordinating office activities and operations, alongside providing outstanding customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients, staff, and management, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of inquiries and issues. They will be responsible for managing a vast array of tasks including order processing, tracking, inventory management, and maintaining customer relationship management software. Additionally, the role involves managing large volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and achieving high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communications between staff, clients, vendors, and management.
- Order, track, and verify all orders, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve any problems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, taking the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, Word, Google programs, and strong skills in these areas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Work authorization in the United States.

- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $17.00, plus com. (dependent on sales performance).
- Additional Compensation: Commission, 401(k) matching, Employee discount, Paid training, Profit sharing
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Typical start time: 9 AM, Typical end time: 5 PM, Overtime as needed
