We are looking to expand our sales team in 2024. DI is looking for individuals who:
- Hate losing more than they love winning and do not get discouraged by being told “No” repeatedly by prospects.
- Applicants must be Coachable, able to follow instruction and accountable for their results.
- The opportunity over time can be very lucrative but Candidates must love to work hard and have a sense of purpose.
- Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred
- Applicants must have a P&C license to start employment

Agency provides leads but being able to source your own leads is an advantage.
Pay is fixed Commission plus variable commission. Below is what is Expected in terms of earning over first 5 years.
- First year expected earnings $50,000 - $60,000
- Second Year $60,000 - $75,000
- Third year $75,000- $85,000
- Forth year 100,000+
- Fifth year 100,000+
