We are seeking an attentive, results-oriented Event Assistant to join our expanding office based in Rancho Cucamonga. The Event Assistant will be responsible for coordinating and executing customer service solutions while working in a team-oriented setting.
Providing exceptional service and support is at the forefront of how we interact with customers and guarantee that we create memorable event experiences throughout every interaction. We strive to understand, anticipate and solve any customer request or concern in an effort to expedite the resolution and provide more time to focus on what truly matters. In this role, you will manage and oversee a set of new and existing customer accounts seamlessly guiding them through service solutions, order requests, and product delivery. The primary focus of the Event Assistant role is to ensure that our customers are receiving outstanding service, so that their needs are met with ease, peace of mind, and ultimate satisfaction.
Event Assistant Responsibilities:
- Attend local events and provide customer service, account support, and sales for new and existing accounts
- Provide exceptional customer support by meeting one-on-one with accounts and using active listening and consultative questioning to recommend appropriate products
- Knowledgeable about all product and service solutions as well as compliance procedures
- Effectively identify and troubleshoot any customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department or team lead if required
- Recommend products or services that best suit the customer’s needs
- Identify and implement best practices for Event Assistant including proactive outreach, regular follow-up, and account maintenance
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all clients, customers and team members
- Track and report progress related to customer retention, Event Assistant satisfaction and other matters related to sales
Event Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing is highly preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management type position overseeing multiple projects or team members at a given time
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, sales and growth
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results in a timely and efficient manner
- Must live a commutable distance to our office located in Rancho Cucamonga

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
