Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to assist customers efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in data entry and able to analyze information effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
