Core Tasks of the Personal Assistant
Supports all of the CEO’s administrative functions. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, able to anticipate needs, and be able to act with minimal guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.
Minimum Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and optimize the time of the CEO
Schedule requested meetings and prepare CEO with necessary relevant information and materials
Properly prioritize requests while being very attentive to potential issues that need mitigated
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents as requested by the CEO
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong people skills and professional-grade verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail , as well as various spreadsheets, word processing, database, and presentation software
Results-oriented and self-starter who is able to effectively work within deadlines
