DHL has an opening for a Sr. HR Systems Analyst. This role provides systems support, implementation, integration, end user support and analysis for human resources information systems and administration. Ensures the accurate control, processing, and maintenance of confidential employee record data. Develops and generates specialized statistical reports, dashboards, modules and summaries regarding employee skills, pay, performance and other employee records.
Manage the day-to-day delivery of the HR Systems programs/projects, including taking a lead role in working with program/project members and to provide the expertise to review and make recommendations on all aspects of HR Systems project
End User support through Freshdesk, Webauthor and solve system and interface issues. This includes the ability to communicate effectively with the HR end users to understand the system issues they surface and how the issues relate to their business process and then performing the analysis necessary to identify the root cause of the issue – or working with ITS to do so
Oracle HCM Key User. Develop Business/Functional Requirements: Ability to work with process owners, domain experts and IT counterparts to define functional requirements and specifications for technology solutions or applications. This requires an ability to interact effectively with people who have varying degrees of technical knowledge and draw out the real nature of the problem that needs to be solved. It also requires and ability to quickly develop an understanding of the business need and business process in areas where the analyst may have little or no domain knowledge
Process and Functional Documentation: Ability to produce high quality documentation including process and data flow charts, data mapping, file layouts, etc. This requires proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Visio and an understanding of how those applications work together to produce a final document
Ability to perform data analysis and modeling. This includes the ability to run reports and queries against databases, merge data from different sources and analyze the data to identify trends, outliers, inconsistencies, gaps, etc. Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, and/or a structured query language (SQL)
Participate in UAT/Change Management for HCM Fusion related product update
Develop test plans/scripts. Implement testing scenarios and validate results
Work with vendor to communicate and resolve issues
Access and communicate risk to management with recommendation and strategy to mitigate the risk
Monitor interdependencies and risks between the programs and individual projects
Ensuring that these are fully assessed, mitigated and highlighted to the Project Board as appropriate
Responsible for the successful delivery of country tools on time, within budget with quality and accuracy
Coordinate country requirements and business capability gathering to provide input to regional and global governance and platforms
HR System Reporting – create/design new reports based on user request in Oracle HCM
Management of standard reports and work as key user for change requests
Identify and apply new technology and tools to meet business needs
A solid background in Human Resources applications and the ability to think with a systems "mentality", uses technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies, experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources
Ability to coordinate multiple projects across time zones and cultures and react quickly to changing priorities, and prioritize work
Experienced Professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field
Typically requires BS/BA in related subject area and 5-8 years of experience in related field or MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field
Professional certification required in some areas
Prior experience with Project Management, Oracle/Fusion, SQL, business analytics and reporting, UAT testing and product release/upgrades. PowerBI is a plus (Required)
