Occupational Therapist - Holsman Physical Therapy
Holsman Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Out-patient Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical and mental abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations to determine patients' physical and mental abilities, limitations, and challenges
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
Implement treatment plans and monitor patients' progress
Document patients' progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and their families about the therapy process and home exercises
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Current state license and certification in Occupational Therapy in New Jersey
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
