Job Title: Territory Account Representative

Job Type: 90 day Contract to Hire (Full-time, Commission-based)
As a Territory Account Representative, you will spearhead our sales efforts within your designated area, engaging in direct B2B sales activities. This role combines both cold and warm outreach methods to establish and grow client relationships in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Sales Execution: Perform B2B in-person sales and manage both cold and warm calling activities to effectively cover your assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain robust relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and providing responsive, tailored solutions.
- Strategic Market Penetration: Utilize market analysis to identify and seize business opportunities, adapting strategies to local healthcare dynamics.
- Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals, with detailed tracking and reporting of sales activities.
Compensation:
- Commission: Lucrative 40% commission on all sales distributed 72 hours after sale.
- Earnings Potential: Earnings typically range from $8,000 to $15,000 monthly, with potential to exceed this based on performance. A minimum of $8,000 in monthly sales is required to maintain this position.
Note: This is a 1099 contractor position.
Path to Permanent Employment:
- Initial Contract: 120 days with the expectation of managing a minimum of 7 monthly accounts.
- Permanent Opportunity: Successful management of these accounts and meeting sales targets will lead to a permanent position offer, integrating you fully into our dynamic team. Full time Salary structure will be based on performance averages from day 60-120.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Demonstrated success in HR and/or healthcare sales with a strong emphasis on B2B strategies and client acquisition.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, driven by results, and capable of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
