Job Overview:
We are building a Team of National Service Technicians to join our team. The National Service Technician is a 75- 80% traveling position for setting up and installing office equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
-Travel within the United States for up to a week or two at a time as needed
- Assemble, install, and configure printers and copiers as needed
- Configure office equipment to work on customers network
- Provide excellent customer service while on-site
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment if necessary
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Experience in Field Service a plus
- Technically savy, mechanical or electronic experience, computer skills
- Excellent communcation skills, written and verbal
- Experience with Customer Service in a technical environment
- Good time management
-Reside near a major metropolitan airport for ease of travel
This is a traveling position to markets within the United States to assist with large installation projects as part of a Team. Employee will be provided all training and development. Travel fully covered and per diem paid for overnight duties. Great opportunity for the right candidate that can easily travel and be away from home for a more than half the month.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
