Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical/administrative functions, inside sales, and/or customer service. If you are seeking an entry-level sales position, and enjoy working in a team-like setting & providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Responding to inquiries promptly
- Assisting Account Managers with processing sales orders
- Processing invoices, MSOs, and FedCert/VIN stickers
- Maintaining internal spreadsheets & customer information, and filing important documents
- Improving the efficiency of the sales process
- Support administrative functions of the Sales Director & Account Managers as required
- Reports directly to the Sales Director
Qualifications:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy & working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
- Strong attention to detail
