Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Associate to join our team. The Clinical Associate will play a crucial role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform PCR, ELISA, and other laboratory procedures as required
- Conduct various laboratory techniques and assays under supervision
- Utilize phlebotomy skills to collect blood samples for testing
- Demonstrate knowledge of CT scans and assist in the preparation of patients for imaging procedures
- Apply aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment
- Utilize medical terminology accurately in documentation and communication
- Support physicians and healthcare professionals in clinical tasks
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in clinical settings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in PCR, ELISA, and other laboratory techniques
- Experience with phlebotomy and specimen collection
- Knowledge of CT scans and medical imaging procedures
- Familiarity with physiology, medical terminology, and aseptic techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Experience:
- Phlebotomy: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CNA (Preferred)
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
- Medical Technologist (Preferred)

- Cincinnati, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
