Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, customer relationship management, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and address their concerns promptly
- Conduct property tours for potential residents and assist with leasing activities
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Proficiency in AMSI, Entrata, LRO or similar property management software
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements
- Oversee facilities management and maintenance staff
Experience:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, customer service, or facilities management
- Strong sales skills and ability to close leasing deals
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
