E-Commerce Marketing Manager
This is a Full Time Position, working 5 days a week out of our Rockland County NY Office.
Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 range plus performance based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of all E-Commerce metrics, including revenue generation and growth.
- Drive customer acquisition through both paid media campaigns and organic channels.
- Lead and manage the Marketing Team, including a Digital Marketer, Graphic Designer, and Videographer, providing support in project execution.
- Coordinate the project management of E-Commerce website updates and feature builds.
- Oversee all marketing channels including email, social media, print, and demand generation to maintain consistent brand alignment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing B2B E-Commerce websites.
- At least 2 years' experience in leadership roles managing teams.
- Strong technical understanding of website development, including both front-end and back-end development, as well as QA processes.
- A proactive and eager attitude towards learning and skill development.
- Demonstrated ability to set and meet ambitious growth targets in Marketing and E-Commerce domains.
