Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals over the phone.
Duties:
- Conduct Cold B2B calling to potential customers to introduce products/services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage with leads and drive sales
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions
- Use sales software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage leads
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities
- Focus on technology sales and promote our products effectively
- Perform outbound calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales roles
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly approach
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong understanding of outbound calling techniques and warm lead generation
