Maintenance Technician

Duties:
- Fabricate and repair components to maintain facility equipment
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations as needed
- Perform residential painting tasks to upkeep the appearance of the facilities
- Provide excellent customer service when addressing maintenance issues
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot logic controllers and welding equipment
- Use an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues
- Ensure proper facilities maintenance to meet safety and operational standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in electrical work, including repairs and installations
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of CMMS for maintenance tracking
- Ability to work with logic controllers and welding equipment
- Experience using an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics
