Sales Representative
MB America Inc., an Italian based company here in the US, has an IMMEDIATE need for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. We are looking for go-getters who can work independently while exceeding goals. Our ideal candidate must be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase the MB product line in a compelling way. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate sales effort in specific area with Regional Sales Manager, CEO and other departments
- Utilize our CRM, cold calling (min 35 calls per day) to generate new sales opportunities
- The ideal candidate will be able to Self-Generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads in order to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintaining client records (CRM Activities).
- Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through website chats, emails, inbound calls and qualified leads.
- Preparing and submitting CRM projects (offers) for orders.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not require
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly driven, motivated, and organized
- Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and conflicting priorities
- Initiative to meet assigned goals, missions and objectives and motivated to achieve more
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Excellent PC skills (Email, internet, Word, Excel)
