We are seeking a motivated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is currently enrolled in a BACB approved course sequence and seeking to become a BCBA. We are looking for a dedicated student to join our team at Innovative Behavioral & Consulting Services.
Our organization provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will assist in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and communicate with the BCBA about any changes in behavior or progress.
Innovative Behavioral and Consulting Services provides independent fieldwork supervision hours for students seeking BCaBA or BCBA certification.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
- Provide direct support to clients in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community
- Collaborate with the BCBA to develop treatment goals and strategies
- Monitor and report any changes in client behavior or progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with a current certification
- Must be enrolled in a graduate level ABA program, seeking BCBA certification.
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
