What You’ll Do
- Responsible for day-to-day office operations including building and IT coordination and other questions or needs that do not clearly fall within another job category.
- Assist with contract review and compliance.
- Project coordination of grant activities including communication of grant related needs with relevant parties, invoicing, and documentation.
- Payroll input and management, with the assistance of Paycom customer specialists.
- Participate in budget preparation and review.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Supervise the Administrative Assistant as it pertains to offering guidance, oversight, and coordination of office related needs such as outlined in their job description.
- Maintain organized digital files following protocols and document retention guidelines.
- Maintain a centralized communication system so that processes, materials, and resources are organized in such a way that the team is informed and aware.
- Act as a central point of contact providing a “hub” of communication.
Who You Are & Experience You Bring
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, non-profit management, or related field is ideal. However, we value real-world experience and evidence of the pursuit of knowledge and education outside of formal degree programs.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in office management.
- Payroll experience is preferred, but training is available.
- Your organizational and communication skills are unparalleled.
- You're adept at managing data and generating meaningful reports.
- You shine in a collaborative environment, working harmoniously with the team.
- Your problem-solving and decision-making skills are exceptional.
- You're capable of managing multiple priorities and excel in a lively setting.
- Tech-savvy, especially proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Quickbooks.
Work Location & Schedule
- This is an onsite position with no remote work options. The office is located at 10808 NE Halsey Street in Portland. Events are located throughout the Portland Metro area.
- Work schedule is 40 hours a week. There is flexibility between the hours of 7:30am and 5pm, Monday thru Friday.

Pay: $49,920.00 - $56,160.00 per year
