We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Doctoral-level School Psychologist passionate about psychological testing and evaluations. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations, ensuring thorough documentation, reporting, and communication of outcomes to clients, families, and relevant agencies.
- Keep precise and current medical records for all clients.
- Offer feedback on assessment results and recommendations to the client, the treatment team, and the client's family, ensuring a collaborative care approach.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of various psychological assessment tools, understanding of developmental and neuro-developmental disorders.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with clients, offering empathetic and effective care.
- Strong communication skills, capable of crafting detailed psychological reports and conveying findings to clients and their support systems.
- Proven track record of managing psychological assessment referrals and delivering reports promptly.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, meeting goals and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Versatile multitasking abilities, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail.
- Professional and supportive interaction skills with diverse populations.
- Competence in computer usage, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and efficient typing skills.
Qualifications:
- A Doctoral degree in Psychology.
- Active California State license as a clinical psychologist.
- Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers or CPR.
- At least 2 years of experience in conducting psychological assessments.
- Endorsed by CA as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist (preferred)
