COMPANY OVERVIEW
- SpectronRx is a growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with additional locations currently in South Bend, IN, Bunker Hill, IN, Danbury, CT and a yet to be determined west coast site. We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Pharmacist to join our growing company. The Nuclear Pharmacist will play an essential role in the manufacturing of therapeutic and diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals for patient use.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implement and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining required licensure and assuring compliance with all regulatory commitments, to include Radiation Safety, DOT Regulations and corporate policies.
- Provide guidance to maintain compliance with evolving USP Guidelines, Pharmacy laws, FDA Directives and Guidelines.
- Follow and improve the policies and procedures for the preparation of radiopharmaceuticals.
- Monitor the preparation and production and quality control of radiopharmaceuticals.
- Establish corrective actions as necessary to correct deviations below acceptable standards.
- Partner with HR and other members of management for personnel related matters.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

TRAVEL
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be a Registered Pharmacist with 1+ years nuclear pharmacist experience.
- Must have active pharmacy license in state of Indiana with all held licenses in good standing.
- NRC or state Authorized User Status designation in the company’s states of operation.
- Ability to work a variety of schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train and be trained.
- Thorough understanding of project management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Pass a Background Check.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
