We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to serve as a Personal Assistant to our Independent Living Skills Services Director. This role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating communication, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our independent living skills programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving their independent living goals.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist the Director with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, liaising with clients, staff, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Schedule Management: Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups.
- Client Support: Provide assistance to clients participating in independent living skills programs, offering guidance, resources, and support as needed.
- Program Coordination: Assist in the coordination of independent living skills programs, including scheduling workshops, coordinating resources, and ensuring program materials are readily available.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of program participants, outcomes, and evaluations, utilizing databases and spreadsheets to track progress and measure effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other staff members and external partners to support the overall mission of the organization and enhance the quality of services provided.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in independent living skills services and contribute to the continuous improvement of programs and services.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
