What you’ll be doing
Work with HR Director to provide support and service to employees and managers in the functional areas of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, training and development, employee relations, benefits and business partnership. Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. May also provide support in office administration and safety. Analyzes data and assists in the development of HR policies and procedures.

Work with the HR Director to provide direction and support to managers and employees.

Help to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and implementing solutions that help the company to attract, develop and retain talents.

Manage full cycle recruiting- including job posting, screening and interviewing.

Manage the employee on-boarding and off-boarding process, including new hire orientation, employment verification, and exit interview.

Collect and analyze data, and share the analysis results and trends with the HR Director.

Act as a trusted resource to employees on a wide variety of human resources areas including policy interpretation

Understand and anticipate employees’ needs and proactively address their concerns

Help to support compensation, benefits programs and other functions

Oversee office administrative support including ordering and managing office supplies

Manage relationship with vendors

Semi-monthly payroll processing in ADP
What you bring
-
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field
-
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in a startup environment
-
Have customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
-
Have a sense of ownership and great attention to details
-
Have solid experience with talent acquisition and payroll
-
Possess an understanding of various HR functional areas including compensation, payroll, benefits and employee relations
-
Have experience in HR policies and procedures, with a firm understanding of best practices and current regulations
-
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trust within the organization with positive team work attitude

Base pay ranging from $80,000 to $100,000
