Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu features a variety of pies from pie slices to hand pies to classic meat & vegetarian pies.

The following reflects some essential job functions of this position:
· Analyzes service and quality issues, identify training needs, ensure implementation of training programs, and adhere to all training guidelines and policies
· Provides leadership support and direction to the teams
· Motivates, coaches and trains team members and set goals and accountability, providing appropriate feedback, rewards, and recognition
· Prioritizes the guest experience and act upon guest requests
· May perform similar duties as requested by General Manager
