We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with documentation, filing, and recordkeeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Coordinate and assist with certain activities
- Support project coordination efforts within the office
- Manage office filing systems and maintain organized records
- Conduct proofreading tasks for various documents
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when handling calls
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry and correspondence handling
- Fill in for office manager as well as other offices that need assistance
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in use of a computer and keyboard
- Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and other departments
- Experience or interest in event planning activities
- Ability to coordinate projects and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with general office operations and file management
- Excellent proofreading skills for accuracy in written materials
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competent in clerical duties and maintaining office organization
- Proficient in calendar management for scheduling purposes
