Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and addressing any issues that arise.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and experience in managing stock levels.
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
