As the Employee Relations and Benefits Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming and supporting job candidates and employees, ensuring their journey with us is positive and fulfilling. Your expertise will help us attract and retain top talent, driving our mission forward as a non-profit human service agency.

A Day in the Life:
- Develop recruiting pipelines to engage qualified candidates, especially from underrepresented communities.
- Support employee relations throughout the agency, including disciplinary actions, concerns, and investigations.
- Create engaging recruitment materials (print, digital, and social media) for multilingual audiences.
- Collaborate with HR to manage and analyze online recruiting platforms to ensure NFI Massachusetts career opportunities reach key audiences.
- Screen resumes, contact applicants, set up interviews, and support new candidates through the hiring process.
- Attend job fairs and networking events as needed.
- Develop a network of college/university contacts and establish an active presence on campuses to attract students to internship programs and career opportunities.
- Ensure the success of our internship program as a source of candidates.
- Handle minimal payroll responsibilities, ensuring accurate and timely processing as needed.

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in human services and in recruiting, community organizing, or marketing/branding.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
- Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole (both oral and written) preferred.
- Familiarity with technology/tools related to applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and reporting.
Start Date: Target start date is July 1, 2024
Compensation: $70,000 yearly
Hours: 40 hours per week
