Greenhouse is seeking a dynamic Account Specialist to join our innovative team. We are seeking someone who is energized by sales and is a great fit for our unique culture that never hesitates to celebrate. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and growing customer accounts. Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text

Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions

Prospect and Setup New Partners

Initiate outbound sales calls to nurture existing relationships, showcase new fabric collections, and uncover leads for upcoming projects

Skillfully negotiate quotes and secure orders to meet and exceed revenue targets

Conduct thorough fabric research to provide recommendations to interior designers and upholsterers

Master our ERP system (FACTS) and other essential software to efficiently process orders and assist customers

Collaborate with team members to maximize sales opportunities and support overall business objectives
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications

Associate's and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets

Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales goals and driving business growth.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels and establish long-term partnerships.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Knowledge of textiles or the interior design/upholstery industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
