Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of our office operations for this local Annapolis-based business.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties
- Manage office supplies, emails, generate quotes inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in computer skills ( including Google and Quickbooks applications)
