RVH Constructors, Inc. is currently looking for an Certified Payroll / Labor Compliance Specialist for a small, family-owned business dealing with Educational Public Works Construction projects in Southern California. We are currently looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in the Construction industry. Tasks associated with this position will include:
- Collection and tracking of Labor Compliance/Certified Payroll Reports
- Collection and tracking of daily reports/weekly safety meetings from subcontractors
- Collection of CWA/PLA/Union/Labor Agreement project paperwork and compliance monitoring

- STRONG TECHNICAL / COMPUTER SKILLS - Microsoft Office / Excel
- Experience with Construction Related PDF Readers and Software - Bluebeam REVU, LCP Tracker, etc.
- Familiarity with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) website and website procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to receive direction and follow instructions
- Ability to work with small teams
RVH Constructors is a construction company that has been involved with educational public works construction projects since 2002. We have always been a smaller company as far as office personnel goes. Our current in-office staff includes 6 employees (1 being myself and another who works remote full-time). Although we are small in size, there is never a shortage of things to do at RVH. We are looking for a motivated individual to fit in with our current team and high-pace environment.
Our office is located in Tustin, CA and employees will be asked to commute to this location on a daily basis. Our office hours are 7AM-5PM Monday thru Thursday and 7AM-11AM on Fridays. Beyond the offered hourly wage ~$35/Hr, RVH offers the following benefits to full-time employees:
