Responsibilities
- Answering phones with a big smile on your face!
- Gathering customer information and answering customer questions
- Scheduling jobs and sales calls
- Customer follow-up
- Replying to emails, texts, and private messages from various communication portals
- Invoicing customers and logging payments
- Onboarding new team members
- Managing our social media activity with frequent posts relevant to our customers on multiple platforms
- Working closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth operations
- Forging and fostering relationships with coworkers, clients, referral sources, and the community
- Participating in customer retention efforts
